  • We handle many products made of natural fibers, so there will be some individual differences. Please understand that we do not send you the photo itself, but an in-stock item.
  • Although we take every precaution to ensure quality control, we will return or exchange any item if it is clearly defective. Please note that only new and unused items will be accepted.
  • We recommend that you care for your garments in accordance with the laundering instructions on the quality label sewn onto the garment. For products with a QR code on the back of the quality label, please scan the QR code to view the sales page and check the details of washing instructions.
  • We generally deliver within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping fee: Flat rate of 600 yen (1,000 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
    ※Free shipping for purchases of 30,000 yen or more at one time.
  • We use PostMe, a returnable packing material that can be used repeatedly. When you receive your package, please remove the contents and put the shipping bag in a nearby mailbox. There is no need to write the address or put a stamp on the package. If you cooperate in returning the package, you will receive a “Thanks Money” gift from PostMe.
